By submitting this form, you acknowledge and agree to adhere to the Steampunk NZ Festival weapons policy and understand that the event is designed to provide a safe and contained environment to display a distinctly Steampunk element of creativity. This event policy is in line with major national costumed event policies that came into play after 2019.
Submission of Entry Form does not guarantee your item will be accepted for display. Curators will be looking at the range of items, the space available and the suitability. If your item is not accepted it does reflect the quality of the item but the number of similar pieces, the size of the items, the space available and the mix of the offerings. Items are accepted or declined on the Curators decision and their decision is final.
